Shovels / Excavators

An excavator is an engineering vehicle consisting of an articulated arm (boom, stick), bucket and cab mounted on a pivot (a rotating platform) atop an undercarriage with tracks or wheels. Their design is a natural progression from the steam shovel.

P&H 2800XPB Electric Shovel
Three out of every four electric shovels deployed are P&H, including the best-selling P&H 2800-class electric shovel.  It has a payload of 65 tons and dipper capacity range of 33-70 yd3.
